Letter tiles play an important role in the All About Spelling lessons. Attach these magnets to the back of the color-coded letter tiles to enhance letter tile storage and use.
Magnetic tiles are easy to prepare and use.
The ½” magnets have been specially designed for the All About Spelling letter tiles and come on a “kiss cut” magnetic sheet. That means they are die cut almost all of the way through the sheet, making it easy to separate them. Simply peel the backing off to expose the adhesive and attach to the back of the letter tile.
You can work with the tiles right on the magnet board or remove just the tiles you need for the lesson and arrange them on the table.

With the magnets, you no longer have to alphabetize the letter tiles at the beginning of each lesson.
The magnets make it easy to store the letter tiles. Simply leave the magnetic letter tiles on a magnet board or magnetic dry-erase board and they’ll be organized and ready for your next lesson.
The magnets are just the right strength, too—strong enough to hold tight to the magnet board, but not so strong that you have to pick them up to move them. They slide easily around the board so you can demonstrate the lesson concepts smoothly.
Each set contains enough magnets to add to the back of the letter tiles, the letter tile labels, the syllable tags, and the suffix tiles (new in Level Three).
The magnets are a dream. I wish I had splurged and purchased those when they first came out. Those have made all the difference in the world for doing this with my boys.

I wanted to let you know how FUN the tiles are with the magnets applied. Even my husband was lured into stopping his work to "play" letter tiles with our five-year-old--I guess seeing our son sliding the letters around and forming words looked like too much fun to pass up! The magnets have made a huge difference in our spelling lessons. Set-up is so much easier now--we keep the alphabet laid out in duplicate on a cookie sheet, with room underneath to assemble words. The vowel and consonant teams are organized in a metal cake pan. And storing takes no time at all--we just stack everything up and set it in the closet.
Another thing the magnets have done is made it fun to slide the tiles, rearrange them, make word games, and so on. My three sons used to find the tiles too fussy because they wouldn't stay in place, but now with the magnets, my boys actually look forward to spelling! So thank you for these marvelous little magnets, and the fantastic spelling system they support. Please keep up the good work.
